Heat And Energy Ltd is a Project management and Training company. Largely aimed at the self build and renovation market and often working alongside the architect or frame designer, we support the homeowner with heating, cooling and ventilation system specification, procurement, installation, commissioning and ongoing maintenance and trouble shooting support. Heat And Energy Ltd also provide bespoke training courses for Homeowners and heating trades including, Water Regulations, Unvented hot water initial training and renewals as well as Level 3 Air source heat pump training and many self help courses to empower the homeowner to be able to do more work themselves in their own home.

Project management consultancy is broken down into 3 parts:
The Brief: We are independent and can help you define your needs. We explain the pros and cons of different technologies for your project. This includes everything from conventional heating and cooling systems such as boilers and air conditioning to the latest renewables such as heat pumps, solar systems, different types of ventilation and home control systems.
Procurement: We can help you define which procurement route is best for you. Explore with you the pros and cons of buying the materials and technologies yourself, going through a single main installer or something completely bespoke and in-between.
Installation: We will help you to explore the pros and cons of main contractors right through to appointing individual trades and help with getting and comparing quotes. Installing traditional or modern technology systems in the home is a journey and Heat and Energy can help you every step of the way. We have done this 'once or twice' before and we can help you make informed decisions
