The 3D approach
Define the concepts of what you want in your project. What is important to you to take the project from a house to a home. What is your expected outcome, what is the budget?
Definite: What are the 'must haves' in the project to make it a home. These are non negotiable. It could be anything from Large garage, built-in barbecue, walk in larder, Don't leave anything out.
Desire: These are the things that did not make the 'must have' list but will be included if the budget allows or a strategy should be created for easier later retrofitting.
Don't: These are the things that you do not want. They are personal. They may seem like a no-brainer to the designer but for whatever reason you simply do not want them in (or on) the home.

01. Do you offer free advice?
David Hilton attends the Homebuilding and Renovating Shows across England and Scotland where you can book a free 15 minute one-to-one discussion with him.
David is also at the Build it Live shows where he mans the Heating clinic stand and you can speak with him there.
All other meetings for your project will incur an hourly fee based on the number of hours required. Please ask for current rates or a defined scope fee proposal.
02. Who should I contact if I have any queries?
In the first instance it is best to send and email to info@heatandenergy.co.uk explaining your requirements and your availability and we will get get back to you to arrange next steps.
03. Does Heat and Energy Ltd install heat pumps and MVHR?
Heat and Energy Ltd are a Project Management company. Although we have the expertise, qualifications and experience to install many products ourselves we find our time best used managing and teaching the processes and ensuring quality.
04. Do Heat and Energy Ltd have to manage the whole heating project?
Heat and Energy Ltd will manage as little or as much of the project as you need. Some people only require an hour or two to help them make up their minds about the specification of the products they require and then others may want a full service from design brief right through to installation, commissioning and maintenance.
05. Do Heat And Energy Ltd work with specific providers?
Heat And Energy Ltd do have a lot of preferred suppliers and installers that we have engaged with over many years of working in the industry. That does not mean that we know products and installers in every location or that we have specific favourites that we go to for commercial reasons. The solutions will vary in different parts of the country and will also vary according to your project. Heat And Energy Ltd like to understand your project and your requirements and then suggest the technologies and and installation processes that best suit your project, location and budget. Heat And Energy Ltd do not sell leads.
